Leave a gift in your will

We are mainly funded by former patients and their families who strongly believe in the importance of our work. Please consider leaving a gift to Saving Faces in your Will. You can change the lives of thousands of people.

You can read more about the wonderful individuals who left us a gift in their Will here.

We offer great value for money for all the activities our charity does. This is because so many surgeons and their staff act as researchers and data collectors free of charge. But, the National Facial Oral and Oculoplastic Centre (NFORC) will increase our annual spend by £350,000 to a total of £700,000.

The additional £350,000 a year will be spent on:

  • £60,000 to Dendrite Clinical Systems Ltd for data collection and storage for the National Head and Neck Cancer Audit (HANA)
  • £160,000 for additional research staff.
  • £85,000 to make small ex-gratia annual payments to nursing and secretarial staff at 100 UK hospitals for their help in assisting their surgeons discussing research with patients and collecting  patients’ data.
  • £40,000 rent and overheads for offices.

This is where you can help. Your support will help us to continue our research in combating facial diseases, disfigurement, injury and improve patient treatment worldwide.  See below for all the ways that you can donate.

Gift Aid explained

Gift Aid is one of the simplest ways to donate to charities. The government allows the charity to reclaim 25p for every £1 you donate, providing you are a current UK taxpayer who has paid Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the last year. So if you are eligible, please make sure to tick the ‘Gift Aid’ box on our standard donation form or if you already donate to us and want to make sure that you are gift aiding your donations, then please contact Saving Faces.
